The use of laser welding in sheet metal processing not only enables lower cost, higher quality and higher efficiency, but also economically processes products such as pipes, profiles, chassis cabinets and stainless steel furniture in small batches. Laser welding will become a standard processing method for intelligent manufacturing as it can effectively reduce or eliminate the subsequent grinding and straightening process.
In 2018, the output of new energy vehicles in China was 1,053,500, and the sales volume was 1,029,800 which was 63.63% and 68% higher respectively than that of 2017. With new energy vehicles going from small and medium batch production to large-scale mass production, battery systems, motor systems, electronic control systems and charging facilities industries have all stimulated new process equipment requirements.
